Stylish and Comfortable
The Elite HD power chair is available in two sets of colors, a blue and a red, so the user can decide which color best suits their style. The overall design is clean and sharp, without excess bulkiness even though it can bear up to 450 pounds of weight. It doesn’t sacrifice appeal for durability. In addition, the high back seat sits at 20 to 22 inches in range. The seat as well as the seat back are cushioned in comfortable yet supportive materials, which also frame the armchairs for increased comfort levels. Lastly, a footrest at the base of the chair allows the feet the perfect resting place that keeps posture and positioning stable.
Stable, Durable, and Maneuverable
The main movement on the Elite HD comes from the drive wheels, positioned near the center-front of the power chair on each side. The grooved wheels are durable, solid 14-inch wheels that provide a strong grip on all surfaces and make movements and transitions more than manageable.
The stability of the power chair is further enhanced with the use of two anti-tip wheels near the front footrest, which sit at 3 inches and protect the user from tipping forward as a result of speed or balance. At the back are two six-inch solid rear wheels to help with stability as well as maneuvering through crowds or on corners.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
